摘    要:针对CVC轧机辊型设计过程中个别辊型参数计算方法不完善的问题,根据CVC轧机的工作原理及板带凸度控制要求,在推导出辊缝函数的基础上,计算得到了辊缝等效凸度表达式,进一步对各个辊型参数的具体含义进行了阐释,首次定义了辊径方差新概念并推导出了其表达式,基于此提出了一种保证上下工作辊辊径方差最小的三次CVC辊型参数优化方法。应用本文提出的辊型参数设计方法,对国内某冷轧厂的CVC轧机辊型参数进行了优化计算,在保证轧辊等效凸度控制能力的基础上,减小了上下工作辊的辊径方差,使轧辊磨损更加均匀,同时也保证了出口带钢的板形质量,为生产现场的辊型参数设计及辊型磨削奠定了理论基础。

Abstract:For CVC roll shape design in the process of individual and shape parameters of the calculation is not clear,according to the working principle CVC mill and the crown control requirements,based on the deduced roll gap function,the expression of the equivalent crown of roll gap was calculated.With further explain about the specific meaning of the various parameters of the roll,the new concept of the variance of the roll diameter was defined and its expression was derived for the first time.Based on this,a method to optimize the parameters of the three CVC roll shape with the least square deviation was proposed.The parametric design method was presented to optimize the parameters of CVC mill in a cold rolling mill to reduce the roll wear size variance and improve the exit strip shape quality.It was reference for the production of the roll shape parameter design and roll type grinding.
