极薄带多层复合轧制中的界面现象

摘    要:复合材料是国家重点支持的新材料高新技术领域之一,而轧制法是最为广泛应用的层状复合材料的生产方式。利用异步轧制的剧烈塑性变形能力,在室温下进行了多道次多层复合叠轧试验,在没有中间退火和热处理的情况下,轧后的试样表现出了与普通轧制复合不同的特点。基于试验结果,描述了多层复合极薄金属带材的界面形貌演化、变形诱导扩散及金属间化合物生成等现象。

Abstract:Composite material is one of the high- tech areas with key support.Rolling is the most widely used method to produce composite materials.Employing the special ability of asymmetrical rolling on severe plastic deformation,multilayer foil composite was rolled at room temperature for several passes without intermediate annealing and heat treating,different characters compared to common roll bonding were found in rolled material.Based on the rolling experiment,the interface morphology evolution,deformation induced diffusion and intermetallic matrix were described.
