| 摘 要： | 针对H800mm×300mm×14mm×26mm及H700mm×300mm×13mm×24mm等宽腹板窄翼缘大规格H型钢存在的腹板冷却浪问题,通过减少腹板冷却水、控制腹板和翼缘尺寸、减缓腹板在冷床上的冷却速率,腹板冷却浪得到较好控制。

| Abstract: | Aimed at the web cooling wave of H800 mm×300 mm×14 mm×26 mm and H700 mm×300 mm×13 mm×24 mm heavy gauge H- beam steels,some measures were put into practice,such as reducing the web cooling water,controlling the size of web and flange,slowing down the web cooling rate.So the web cooling wave was avoided. |
