保温时间对510L带钢氧化层成分、结构和性能的影响

摘    要:使用X衍射分析仪、扫描电子显微镜、电化学工作站和冷弯试验机对590℃保温不同时间的510L大梁钢氧化层成分、结构及性能进行综合分析。热轧样品氧化层物相成分之间的转变大部分发生在保温的初期,之后物相比例变化不明显;保温处理的样品随时间的延长,氧化层厚度增加,共析比例下降,致密性先提高后降低,孔洞数量先减少后增加;保温处理后的样品与处理前相比,耐蚀性能显著提高,黏附力呈现波动变化;当保温时间为40min时,510L大梁钢具有最好的耐蚀性能和黏附力。

Abstract:The X diffraction analyzer,scanning election microscope,electrochemical workstation and cold bending test machine were used to analysis the composition,structure and properties of 510L oxidation layer holding at 590 ℃ for different holding times.The phase change between the oxides occurs at the early stage of the heat preservation mostly,and then the change of the phase proportion will be no longer obvious.As the extension of time,the thickness of the oxide layer increases,the eutectoid ratio decrease while the density of oxidation layer increase first and then decrease.After the heat treatment,the corrosion resistance improve significantly while the adhesion force fluctuated.The 510L has the best corrosion resistance and adhesion when the holding time is 40 min.
