邯钢2250mm热轧支撑辊使用技术

摘    要:针对邯钢2 250mm热轧厂生产中支撑辊存在的在机剥落、辊型磨损严重、板形控制困难等问题,研究了支撑辊疲劳裂纹的产生机理,优化了辊型曲线,开发了疲劳裂纹检测技术、磨削量预测技术、支撑辊堆焊与检测技术,以及支撑辊使用评价体系。实践表明:杜绝了疲劳裂纹引起支撑辊在机发生剥落、掉肩等轧辊失效事故;延长了支撑辊在机服役时间;减少了辊型在机磨损,支撑辊辊耗降低了0.03kg/t。

Abstract:In view of the problems,such as spalling,serious wear of the back- up rolls and difficult strip flatness control in the Hanbao 2 250 mm Hot Rolling Mill in Hansteel,the mechanism of the fatigue crack of the back- up roll was study,the roll shape curve was optimized.Meanwhile,the fatigue crack detection technology,the grinding volume prediction technology,the surfacing and detecting technology of back- up roll were developed,and the evaluation system for back- up roll was established. The practice showed that the fatigue crack caused to spalling of the back- up roll was eliminated,its service time was increased,and the wear of back- up roll was reduced,the roll consumption reduced 0.03 kg/t.
