摘    要:推导并分析了板带AGC控制的增量、全量模型,又从工程应用角度出发,将AGC模型和平整工艺模型一起讨论#给出了不同工艺条件下的调节公式,以及工程实施中的应对策略。

Abstract:In order to meet the needs of the thickness torlerance of strip products, hydrolic pressure AGC has already become a basic disposition with the improved technology and the equipment of strip rolling mill. How to further enhance the thick control level of AGC is still an important problem for the strip process. In this paper,levelling model and AGC model were discussed. The adiustment formula for different conditions and the countermeasures in project implementation were given.
