摘    要:本文以开发屈服强度为960Mpa级工程机械用调质高强钢为目的,分析了不同的轧制及轧后冷却工艺对实验钢热处理后力学性能的影响。结果表明,不同的轧制及轧后冷却工艺决定了实验钢热处理前的初始显微组织,进而影响其热处理后的力学性能。实验钢经控制轧制并层冷至600℃后空冷,得到的初始组织为粒状贝氏体及少量的马氏体,其中M/A组元更多地呈条状分布在基体上'经调质处理后,实验钢获得了较高的强韧性,Rel各项为1033Mpa,Rm为1053Mpa,Akv(-40℃)指标均达到相关标准要求。

Abstract:In order to develop 960MPa in yield strength steel plates for engineering machinery by quenching and tempering technology,the effects of rolling and cooling on microstructure and mechanical properties after heat treatment were investigated.The results showed that initial structure before quenched and tempered processes was determined by various rolling and cooling modes.And then the final mechanical properties after heat treatment were influenced by initial microstructure.When controlled rolling and control...
