摘    要:采用三维有限元模拟低频交流电磁封流过程,得到了电磁封流参数对锌液所受电磁力的影响规律。结果表明,低频磁场下锌液内的漩涡状电流密度分布和三维磁场力使锌液悬浮;加载电流频率为40Hz时,对称布置的行波磁场封流效果最佳。

Abstract:The low-frequency electromagnetic sealing process was simulated by three-dimensional finite element method.The effect of electromagnetic sealing parameters on electromagnetic force of liquid zinc was obtained. The results showed that the liquid zinc was suspend by eddy current density distribution and three-dimensional magnetic force of liquid zinc in low-frequency field.The electromagnetic sealing effect of symmetrical traveling field was best while the frequency was 40Hz.
