摘    要:分析了超薄宽幅高品质冷轧板带工业化生产中的主要技术难题;从乳化液流量动态优化设定、气雾混合与油水混合轧制润滑系统、板形质量控制以及卷取与开卷工艺等方面简述了宽幅冷轧板带超薄轧制关键工艺技术;从跑偏、瓢曲预报与控制以及炉辊辊型优化等方面简述了超薄宽幅板带连退过程高效稳定通板控制技术;从超薄镀层控制与表征以及镀液与阳极寿命延长等方面简述了超薄宽幅高品质板带超薄镀层关键技术。最后,叙述了该技术成果的现场应用情况,并展望了超薄宽幅高品质冷轧板带的发展前景。

Abstract:The main technical problems in the industrial production of ultra-thin and wide high quality cold rolled strip were analyzed. The key technologies for ultra-thin and of wide cold rolled strip were introduced from the aspects of dynamic optimization ofemulsion flow, gas mist mixing and oil-water mixing rolling lubrication system, shape quality control, coiling and uncoiling process, etc. The high-efficiency and stable plate pass control technology of ultra-thin wide strip continuous annealing process were briefly described from the aspects of deviation prediction and control and furnace roll shape optimization, and the key technologies of ultra-thin coating of ultra-thin and wide strip were described from the aspects of ultra-thin and coating control and characterization and prolongation of bath and anode life. Finally, the field application of the technology was described, and the development prospect of ultra-thin wide high quality cold rolled strip was prospected.
