高质绿色化发展趋势下轧制技术的创新实践

摘    要:高质化、绿色化已成为钢铁行业发展的必然趋势。以热轧钢铁材料组织性能调控工艺与技术、板带高精度尺寸控制技术、薄带铸轧短流程技术为例,介绍了相关工艺技术的自主创新与应用实践进展,具体包括热轧板带新一代控轧控冷技术在实现目标组织调控、解决板形问题方面的研发应用及进展; 3 mm厚薄规格高强钢板带离线淬火工艺技术的发展应用;热、冷连轧板带多机架多工序轧制过程高精度三维尺寸控制技术的应用实践;结合大数据,中厚板尺寸高精度控制的进一步提升;热轧无缝钢管在线组织性能调控的关键技术;铸-轧一体化短流程节能减排的工艺特点,以及电工钢薄带铸轧技术的研发与应用进展。并指出,在轧钢领域,钢铁材料生产过程中组织性能的高效精准调控、形状尺寸的高精度控制,以及面向环境友好、节能减排的铸-轧一体化特殊钢短流程轧制技术,对于支撑实现产业的高质量转型发展具有重要意义。

Abstract:Realization of high quality and greenness has become an inevitable trend in the development of iron and steel industry. Taking the process and technology of microstructure and properties control of hot-rolled steel materials, high-precision control technology of strip size and short strip casting process technology as examples, the independent innovation and application progress of related process technology were introduced, including the research and application progress of the new generation of controlled rolling and controlled cooling technology of hot-rolled strip in realizing the target microstructure control and solving the shape problem; Development and application of off-line quenching technology for 3 mm thickness high strength steel plate and strip; The application practice of high-precision three-dimensional size control technology in multi-stand and multi-process rolling process of hot and cold strip; Combined with big data, the high-precision control of plate size is further improved; Key technology of on-line microstructure and properties control of hot rolled seamless steel tube; The process characteristics of energy saving and emission reduction in the short process integrating with casting and rolling, as well as the development and application progress of electrical steel based on short process of strip casting technology. It points out that in the field of rolling, the efficient and accurate control of microstructure and performance, the high-precision control of shape and size of products, and the short process technology of strip casting for special steel with environment-friendly, energy saving and emission reduction are great significance to support the realization of high-quality transformation and development of the iron and steel industry.
