中厚板热矫直机支撑辊轴承损坏原因分析与改进措施

摘    要:针对三钢中厚板十一辊热矫直机支撑辊轴承频繁损坏的问题,通过对支撑辊矫直过程中承载受力及轴承实际使用情况的分析,认为支撑辊轴承损坏的原因一是辊系精度不足,造成工作辊与其支撑辊未完全接触,使单个轴承轴向承载力过大;二是支撑辊轴承整体式保持器不适应实际工况,需要优化改进。为此,对使用年限达5年及以上的矫直机辊系辊盒及支撑辊轴承座进行精度修复,确保辊盒安装面与支撑辊轴承座装配面装配紧密,使矫直力通过支撑辊能较为均匀地传递到辊盒上,避免支撑辊局部受力过大;选用国产24130CC/C3W33 S1(钢制、冲压保持器,两片)耐高温轴承,使轴承轴向承载力及高温要求满足现场要求。改进后辊系单次在线使用寿命由2~3个月延长至6个月,大幅降低了辊系维修成本。

Abstract:In view of the frequent damage of the backup roll bearings of the hot 11-high straightener for medium and heavy plates of Sangang,the bearing force during the backup roll straightening process and the actual use situation of the bearings were analyzed. The results show that the one of cause of the bearing damage is lack of precision of the roll system, which causes the work roll and its backup roll to not fully contact, so that the axialforce of a single bearing is too large. The another cause of the bearing damage is that the integral retainer does not adapt to the actual working conditions and needs to be optimized and improved. Therefore, the roll box and backup roll bearing box of the straightener with service life of 5 years or more were repaired accurately to ensure the mounting surface of the roll box and the backup roll bearing box are tightly assembled, so that the straightening force can pass through the support roll to transmitted to the roll box more evenly, reducing local excessive force on the backup roll. Meanwhile,domestically made 24130CC/C3W33 S1 (steel, stamping retainer, two pieces) high temperature resistant bearings were selected to meet the axial force and high temperature requirements of the bearing on-site requirements. After the improvement, the single online service life of the roll system was extended from 2 to 3 months to 6 months, which greatly reduced the maintenance cost of the roll system.
