薄规格高强钢轧制稳定性的提高

摘    要:薄规格带钢不仅可降低成本,同时也可替代部分冷轧产品。对某厂2 250mm热连轧机组薄规格高强钢生产影响因素进行了研究分析,结合生产实践,通过对加热制度、过程温降、中间坯镰刀弯及精轧轧制稳定性控制等方面进行优化,并提高设备精度,使薄规格高强热轧带钢的轧制稳定性大为提高。

Abstract:Thin gauge steel sheet can not only reduce the cost,but also replace some part of cold roll products.The influence factor of production of thin gauge and high strength steel of 2 250 mm HSM were analyzed and researched,and some measures were proposed based on production practice.By optimizing heating regulation,rolling temperature decrease,transfer bar camber control and finishing mill stable rolling,and improving device accuracy,the rolling stability of thin gauge and high strength steel were improved a lot,and production capacity were ensured.
