| Abstract: | The design process of tension roll device in non-continuous strip processing unit was introduced.The influence of the elastic plastic stress on the tension and power of tension roll were analyzed.The stiffness and strength of the tension roll device were checked with the finite element method.It was the theory basis for the parameter calculation and structure design of similar tension roll device. |
