摘    要:介绍了连续处理机组出口飞剪在焊缝模式和带长模式下剪切焊缝废料、取样和分卷的剪前机组减速控制的设计计算,分析得出了可靠的数学模型,经国内多个连续退火机组和镀锌机组的应用表明,其控制精确达到了机组控制要求。

Abstract:The calculation model and control method of continuous processing line speed reduction were analyzed at different case of cutting welding seam scraps,cutting samples,dividing the coil.The calculation model was obtained based on welding seam cutting mode and strip length cutting mode,its effect was demonstrated good.
