| 摘 要： | 对唐钢国产高线轧机精轧机组在设计、制造、装配上存在的问题进行了分析，并介绍了针对各种问题采取的相应改进措施和创新思路。改进后精轧机组事故时间由每月15h以上降至3h左右。生产作业率保持在85％以上，设备完好率有较大提高。
