济钢ASP粗轧机轧辊失效分析与修复措施

摘    要:分析了济钢集团股份有限公司ASP生产线粗轧机工作辊和支撑辊的失效原因,通过正确设计粗轧工作辊和支撑辊的倒角,解决了轧辊的压肩问题,并根据轧辊材质特点,调整轧辊磨削制度,允许轧辊带闭合裂纹上机使用,同时在轧辊使用过程中必须做好检测和跟踪工作。由此延长了轧辊寿命,降低了轧辊消耗。

Abstract:The causes of work and backup roll failures of roughing mill of ASP of Jinan Iron ~ Steel Co. , Ltd. were analyzed. By reasonable design the angles of work and backup roll, the problem of shell fracture of shoulder of roll could be resolved. Meanwhile, based the roll material characteristics , roll grinding schedule was adjusted, and the inspecting and tracking of roll were assured. Therefore, the service life of roll could be in creased , and roll consumption be decreased.
