摘    要:利用光学显微镜和SEM对Ti-17合金饼材中存在的偏析缺陷进行了观察和分析。β锻造的Ti—17合金饼材的显微组织不均匀反映了合金成分的微观不均匀性。饼材中发现的异常亮点和亮条分别是富钛、富钼和铬、锆都偏高的成分偏析。这些缺陷都是真空电弧重熔过程的产物,与海绵钛和添加元素的粒度有关。

Abstract:The seguegation in the discs of Ti-17 alloy was studied by optical microscopy and scanning electron microscopy. The nonuniform microstructure in the discs has suggested the nonuniformity of the alloy composition. The unusual light point or block found in the disc are segregation, which are rich titanium, rich molybdenum or higher chromium and zirconium. These defects result from VAR process, which relates to the size of titanium sponge and alloying elements before melting.
