CdS纳米材料的混合溶剂热可控合成及表征

摘    要:以Cd(NO3)3·4H2O和L-半胱氨酸为主要原料,以乙二胺和水为混合溶剂,采用混合溶剂热法,通过控制生长条件制备出了CdS纳米颗粒、刺猬状微球和纳米线材料。实验发现,在本反应体系中,较高的反应温度、尽量少的水和较高的反应物浓度更有利于纳米线的形成。光学性质研究表明,三种典型形貌CdS纳米材料均具有强的量子尺寸效应,在光学、电学和催化方面具有巨大的应用潜力。

Abstract:CdS nanoparticles, urchin-like microspheres and nanowires were prepared by a mixed solvothermal method under different growth conditions, using Cd(NO3)3·4H2O and L-cysteine as the main raw materials, and the mixture of ethylene diamine and water as solvent. It is found that, in this reaction system, a higher temperrature, as less as possible water and higher concentrations of reactions are more conducive to gain nanowires. The research of the optical properties of CdS nano-materials with different morphologies shows that all the as-prepared nano-materials exhibit obvious quantum size effects, indicating that they may find wide applications in optical, electrical and catalytic devices.
