摘    要:通过透射电镜(TEM)观察经不同时间热处理的BSCCO带材淬火样品,研究了影响液相形成的两个微观过程:一个微观过程是在热处理初期,含铅相Ca2PbO4与Bi-2212相作用溶解进入液相,这一过程符合液相生成的机制;另一个微观过程是包套材料Ag有助于液相形成,少量Ag经液相扩散进入陶瓷芯内部,并沉淀析出。在陶瓷芯内部少量析出的Ag周围的Bi-2223相晶粒内含有较多面缺陷,这样的缺陷在若干纳米量级,有利于Bi-2223的磁通钉扎作用,被认为对提高带材的Jc有帮助。本文的透射电镜观察结果支持Ca2PbO4和Ag对于在合成Bi-2223的反应中生成液相形成有利的观点。

Abstract:Quenched BSCCO tape samples for different heat-treatment time were observed by TEM in order to study the micro-scale processes which affected the formation of liquid phase during the heat-treatment process. At the initial stage of heat-treatment, Ca2PbO4 was found to dissolve into liquid phase together with Bi-2212, in agreement with the mechanism of liquid phase formation.
