TiO_2-SiO_2复合薄膜的常温制备及其性能

摘    要:采用溶胶-凝胶法合成具有锐钛矿型TiO2晶粒的TiO2-SiO2复合溶胶,通过浸渍提拉工艺常温制备TiO2-SiO2复合薄膜。考察正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)用量对薄膜结构及性能的影响。结果表明:随着TEOS用量的增加,溶胶的稳定性降低,薄膜的透光率及光催化活性先增大后减小。在Si:Ti摩尔比为1:8时,复合溶胶与薄膜的综合性能达到最优;与单一TiO2溶胶相比,TiO2-SiO2复合溶胶的平均粒度从44增大到75nm;与单一TiO2薄膜相比,TiO2-SiO2复合薄膜的表面粗糙度增大,对罗丹明B的分解率从46.1%提高到67.0%,对水接触角由16°下降到3°,透光率显著增强。

Abstract:TiO2-SiO2 sol containing anatase TiO2 colloidal particles was prepared by sol-gel method, and TiO2-SiO2 composite film was obtained by dip-coating Technology at room temperature. The influence of tetraethyl orthosilicate (TEOS) dosage on the structure and properties of the film was investigated. The results show that with increasing TEOS dosage, the stability of the sol decreases, while the transmittance and photocatalytic activity of the film first increase and then decrease.
