CaO-P_2O_5-SrO-MgO-Na_2O玻璃陶瓷的析晶控制和微观结构的研究

摘    要:采用溶胶凝胶法,以羟基磷灰石前躯体为成核剂,制备CaO-P_2O_5-SrO-MgO-Na_2O体系玻璃陶瓷,并控制其析晶相的种类、含量以及晶粒大小.结果表明:在溶胶凝胶法制备CaO-P_2O_5-SrO-MgO-Na_2O玻璃陶瓷的过程中,引入羟基磷灰石前躯体作为成核剂,可有效降低成核与析晶温度.700 ℃热处理后的试样由基质玻璃、主晶相Ca_4P_6O_(19) ,微量的β-Ca_2P_2O_7和(Ca,Mg)_3(PO_4)_2组成.析晶相镶嵌在残余玻璃基质中,且分布较均匀.烧结体内部有较多微孔,该结构有利于体内离子扩散,提高材料的生物活性.通过调整前驱体含量和热处理温度,可控制析晶相/基质玻璃比率,调控材料的微观结构,获得具有Ca_4P_6O_(19)镶嵌结构的玻璃陶瓷,从而调控材料的生物降解特性.

Abstract:A kind of porous glass ceramics in the system of CaO-P2O5-SrO-MgO-Na2O,which used nano-hydroxyapatite as precursor,was obtained by sol-gel method,and the crystallization phases,grain sizes and ratio of crystal to glass were controlled by adjusting the content of hydroxyaoatite precursor and the thermal treatment temperature.
