TiO2超疏水膜的制备及影响因素

摘    要:采用溶胶-凝胶法于金属基片上制备了TiO2膜,经表面修饰低表面能物质1H,1H,2H,2H-十七氟癸基三甲氧基硅烷(FAS)后,呈现良好的超疏水性能,通过实验优化确定了最佳实验条件,得到最佳TiO2超疏水表面,其与水的接触角达到173.7°。并研究了聚乙二醇(PEG)含量、TiO2纳米粒子含量和烧结温度和时间对超疏水性能的影响。

Abstract:A superhydrophobic TiO2 coating was fabricated through a sol-gel method on metal substrates, followed by modifying with fluoroalkylsilane (FAS). The superhydrophobic TiO2 coating with water contact angle 173.7° was obtained after optimizing the experiment condition. And the effects of content of Poly (ethylene glycol) (PEG) and TiO2 nano-particles and heat treatment temperature and time on superhydrophobicity were studied.
