摘    要:研究了ZM5铸造镁合金微弧氧化过程中心膜生长规律和膜的相结构及形貌特征,并探讨了氧化膜生长机理。在初始一段时间内,氧化膜向外生长速度大于向内生长速度。氧化膜达到一定 度后,工件外部尺寸不再增加,而氧化膜完全转向基体内部生长。氧化膜具有表面疏松层和致密层2层结构,在NaAl2O3溶液中氧化时,前者由MgO和MgAl2O4相组成,后者主要由MgO疏松层中富集来自溶液的铝元素。

Abstract:Growth regularity, phase structure and morphology of a ceramic film formed on the cast magnesium alloy'ZM5 during microarc oxidation have been studied, as well as the formation mechanism of the oxidation film. During the first stage of oxidation, thegrowth rate 0f film toward the external surface is higher than that toward the substrate. When an oxide film with a certain thicknessis formed, the oxide film grows toward the substrate, after which the sample thickness changes only slightly. The oxide film formedin a NaAlO2 solution consists of a loose layer and a compressed layer, and the former consisting of MgO and MgAl2O4 phases and thelatter mainly of the MgO phase. Furthermore, the resulting content of the loose layer is relatively high.
