超导磁通量子比特中的共振隧穿现象

摘    要:在20mK的低温下,在由Nb/AlOx/Nb结构成的磁通量子比特样品上,通过初态的制备,成功观测到了双势阱中的共振隧穿现象。这一现象在不同的势垒高度下,都得到了证实。通过对共振峰随时间演化的测量,发现其演化受到隧穿概率与分布概率的影响。

Abstract:The observation of resonant tunneling in a superconducting flux qubit by preparing initial states at low temperature about 20 mK is reported. The sample is made of Nb/AlOx/Nb Josephson junctions. That phenomenon is proved in different barriers. The dependence of the resonant tunneling (RT) peaks on the delay time is affected by the RT probability and the distribution probability.
