摘    要:排氢燃烧系统是新一代运载火箭发射的关键设备,氢氧发动机排放的低温氢气需要进行有效处理,否则会产生爆燃或爆轰,从而影响火箭发射的成败。排氢燃烧系统采用高温金属粒子点火方法,高温金属粒子的流动特性决定了排氢燃烧效果。为获得点火粒子的运动特性,采用颗粒轨道模型对点火粒子-高温燃气两相流动进行数值模拟,获得不同粒径颗粒的温度空间分布及其变化规律。

Abstract:Hydrogen combustion system is the key equipment for new generation launch vehicle.The cryogenic hydrogen emitted by the LOX/LH2 engine needs to be effectively handled, otherwise deflagration or detonation will occur, which will affect the success of the rocket launch. The hydrogen combustion system adopts the method of ignition by high temperature metal particles. The flow characteristics of high temperature particles determine the effect of hydrogen combustion. Particle trajectory model is used to simulate the particle and gas two-phase flow in order to obtain the motion characteristics of the particles. The results obtained the temperature and spatial distribution characteristics of particles with different diameters, which has important guiding significance for engineering design and experiment of hydrogen combustion system.
