冯·卡门曲面锥段夹层结构静力试验考核技术研究

摘    要:受试验条件和加载设备所限,应用传统试验方法对整流罩冯·卡门曲面锥段夹层结构各飞行工况进行静力考核存在难以全面覆盖到或在局部产生严重过考核导致结构提前破坏的风险。运用工程方法和有限元分析方法,通过对各飞行设计工况载荷进行分站段优化、拆分、组合,完成了冯·卡门曲面锥段夹层结构在安全前提下的全面静力试验考核。有限元对比分析结果和对比验证试验结果证明这种方法及思路是有效的、合理的,为相类似曲面锥段的全面、安全静力考核试验提供了一种有效途径。

Abstract:Restricted by the condition and equipment of the experimentation, validly testing all kinds of aero-condition of the sandwich-curve-cone nose with the traditional experimentation method is difficulty and likely endangers the sample. By adjusting and optimizing the magnitude and subsection of the testing load with the method of engineering and FEA, the overall and valid static-experimentation of the sandwich-structure with the Von-Carmen cone is realized. This method is validated by the comparing test.
