| 摘 要： | 金属热防护系统（TPS）是美国研制重复使用运载器（RLV）的关键技术之，与航天飞机轨道器的陶瓷防热瓦相比，该系统具有绝热有效、重量轻、方法简单，容易安装和替换等特点，本文介绍了这种防热系统的特点，结构，以及测试方法。

| Abstract: | Metallic thermal protection system(TPS) is one of the key technologies for developing reusable launch vehicle (RLV) in the U.S. Compared with the ceramic tiles, a state of the art metallic TPS has more efficient internal insulation, lighter weight, simple structure and quick release fastner system for easier installation and removal.This paper describes the characteristics, structure and test method of this metallic TPS. |
