固体火箭燃气舵气动设计研究

摘    要:介绍了固体火箭燃气舵气动设计中的几个问题,包括喷流流场分析、舵体材料选择及其性能分析、舵体理论外形和气动特性设计以及风洞和点火测力试验等。将舵的气动特性要求和舵的强度、刚度及烧蚀量等要求综合起来考虑,可以使燃气舵的研制一次成功。

Abstract:Several issures of aerodynamic design of gas vane of solid rocket,such as jet flowfield analysis,material selection and property analysis,theoretical configuration and aerodynamic characteristics design,as well as wind tunnel test of gas vane model and force measurement test of full-scale vane at rocket engine firing etc.are presented. Integration of aerodynamic characteristics with strength,stiffness,as well as ablation magnitude of vane will make development of gas vane more smooth.
