异构作动系统的效率特性与能量管理分析

摘    要:为提升由液压作动器和电动静液作动器组成的异构作动系统的能量特性,首先建立数学模型,并根据给定参数分析效率特性,在此基础上,提出能量综合管理策略,最后进行仿真分析。结果表明:液压作动器和电动静液作动器的效率特性存在明显的区别,且基于效率特性设计的能量综合管理策略具有显著的优势。

Abstract:In order to improve the energy characteristic of dissimilar redundancy actuation system which consists of a hydraulic actuator and an electro-hydrostatic actuator,a mathematical model is established,and efficiency characteristic and energy management method is proposed afterwards.The simulation result shows that the efficiency characteristics of hydraulic actuator and electro-hydrostatic actuator are obviously different,and the integrated energy management strategy based on efficiency characteristics has significant advantages.
