爆炸分离冲击环境的模拟试验技术进展

摘    要:很多事实表明,由火工装置动作产生的爆炸分离冲击环境对航天器具有较强的破坏效应,引起了数量可观的航天器硬件故障。但由于分析技术的缺乏,设计者对试验具有强烈的依赖性。因此,爆炸分离冲击环境的模拟试验技术一直受到人们的关注。在简介爆炸分离冲击环境的基础上,对其模拟试验技术进行了较全面的总结和分析,包括标准波形模拟、电磁振动台模拟、火工装置模拟、机械碰撞装置模拟等等,最后讨论和展望了今后的发展趋势。

Abstract:In the field of aerospace engineering,a significant number of flight hardware failures have been attributed to pyroshock environments induced by the activation of pyrotechnic devices.Designers have to rely on testing of systems and components exposed to pyroshock because of the absence of analytical techniques to predict high-frequency structural response.Therefore,engineers have attached importance to simulation technique development.In this paper,the simulation techniques such as ones using standard impulses,electrodynamic shakers,pyrotechnic devices and mechanical test facilities are summaried and analyzed comparatively,based on the brief introduction of pyroshock environments.At last,the trends of simulation technique development are discussed and forecasted.
