| 摘 要： | 先进上面级及有效栽荷尺寸及质量较大,固有频率较低.上面级与运载火箭的级间分离,多星发射时的星箭分离冲击、推进剂晃动、发动机推力脉动、多星分离的不对称性、伺服系统动作及主发动机摇摆等加剧了振动环境条件,因此上面级结构的动力学问题将非常突出.应用有限元软件系统,对先进上面级结构动力学及静力学特性进行了预示.针对分析发现的局部模态现象和不合理的结构,进行了结构设计改进和结构布局优化,使得优化后的上面级的整体刚度有了明显改善.最后,根据优化结果,对上面级结构改进前后的动特性进行了对比分析.
