摘    要:本文论述了惯性仪表的根本特点在于它对力矩的敏感性,经典陀螺仪性能的提高主要依赖支承技术的改进,而超精密加工是支承制造技术的关键。文中对惯性仪表精密加工、超精密加工、特种加工及精密装配技术的现状及发展动向作了简要介绍和分析。

Abstract:The basic feature of inertial instrument is the sensibility to moment.Improving property of traditional gyroscope depends mainly on advance of bearing manufacturing technology,in which superprecision processing is key.The status and development trend of precision finishing superprecision processing,special processing as well as precision assembly technology of inertial instrument are introduced and analysed briefly in this paper.
