摘    要:论述了某无人驾驶飞行器数字控制系统半实物仿真平台设计的原理和过程,对半实物仿真平台的数据通信问题进行了较为详细分析,对捷联惯导的内部工作原理以及数据传输的协议进行了阐述.采用RS232串口实现了仿真计算机与捷联惯导、弹载计算机与捷联惯导的数据通信,RS422模式与三轴数控转台通信;对串行接口通信中遇到的问题进行了分析,提出了解决的办法.

Abstract:The hardware-in-loop simulation(HILS) is an important and effective method in study and test stage of new products due to its safety,stability and reliability.It has been widely used into different areas.HILS takes the advantages of digital simulation on the aspects of credibility and reliability,and decreases the expenditure on testing new products,comparing to physical simulation.In the study,HILS is applied to a new controller designed for an unmanned aircraft to confirm the control algorithm embedded in a single chip of the controller.
