| Abstract: | The 21st century will be remembered as the century of quality. Intense international aerospace markets competition focused on higher quality, lower cost, and rapid response will sharpen. This paper introduces a continous quality improvement process for areospace product that can be desigend, implemented, and evaluated within areospace industry. The important effect of MBNQA (Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Awards) on aerospace industry is mainly discussed. |
