楔形螺纹紧固件性能试验研究

摘    要:为了验证楔形螺纹紧固件的防松性能,分析了楔形螺纹紧固件的特点,选取4种适合航天产品使用的紧固件防松方式进行振动试验,获得了防松性能对比结果,证明楔形螺纹较传统防松方式效果更好。在楔形螺纹紧固件扭矩系数测试试验中,以扭矩、预紧力测量为手段,以应变值为桥梁,得到了本次试验所用M10规格楔形螺纹紧固件试验件的扭矩系数。试验方法和结果,为该类螺纹的进一步研究提供了参考借鉴。

Abstract:To verify the locking performance of wedging screw thread locknuts,the characters of wedging screw thread are analyzed,and the advantage by the vibrating test for four kinds of fastener widely used in aerospace field is acquired.By measuring the torque and unbalance load,the test acquires the torque coefficient for M10 wedging screw thread nuts.The testing way and results for wedging screw thread locknuts,supplies a reference for further study in fastener field.
