飞航导弹保障方案评价研究

摘    要:结合飞航导弹寿命周期内的不同阶段有着不同的保障方案,每一阶段的保障方案都要比前一阶段的保障方案内容更为深化的特点,将飞航导弹保障方案评价划分为早期、中期和后期3个阶段,并分别建立了评价指标体系.针对飞航导弹保障方案各阶段评价的不同需求和特点,分别对可拓层次分析法、多指标可拓评价法和模糊综合评价等方法进行了不同程度地改进,较好地满足了3个阶段不同评价指标体系的需要.

Abstract:Based on the characteristics of the winged missile support concept,three phases,viz.,prophase,metaphase and anaphase,are set,and the evaluation index system of the support concept is established.According to different demand and characteristic of the winged missile support concept evaluation in each phases,the Extension AHP Method,extensive discrimination method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are developed,which is better to meet the demand of evaluation.
