| Abstract: | In this paper, the design features and requirements of hold down and release system of foreign rockets are analyzed, and the structure of hold down and release mechanism is discussed. Eight design requirements of the hold down and release system are summarized on the basis of the analysis. A new design concept is introduced about a kind of forced hold down and release mechanism of launch vehicle. |
