低温贮箱及铝锂合金的应用

摘    要:从贮箱结构方案和材料应用两个方面对新型低温贮箱技术进行了论述。提出了运载火箱低温贮箱的几种总体布局方案和结构形式;明确指出新型低温贮箱的主体结构材料应立足于先进的铝锂合金。在制造工艺方面,提出了需重点开展研究工作的两项关键控制技术,成形技术和焊接技术。

Abstract:New cryogenic tank technology is discussed in two aspects of tank structrure concept and material application. Several general arrangement concepts and structrural configurations of cryogenic tank are put forward, and it is pointed out clearly that main structure material of new cryogenic tank should be based on advanced aluminum lithium alloy. In manufacturing process, two items of key manufacturing techniques that should be developed emphatically are pointed out, one is forming process and another is welding technique.
