微机数控纤维缠绕机工作过程的人工干预方法

摘    要:由于在生产中会发生纤维断线和其他问题,因此需要对微机数控纤锥缠绕机的工作过程进行人工干预。在利用软件调整80286微机中断级别的基础上,通过键盘实现了对纤维缠绕机工作过程的人工干预,使纤维缠绕机的功能更加完善,解决了生产中长期存在的一大难题。通过对工作过程的人工干预,使微机数控纤维缠绕机不仅具有暂停和恢复功能,还具有加减速和紧急停机功能。

Abstract:It is necessary to adjust the working process of the microcomputer numerical control fibre winding machine manually for fibre breaking and other failures in work. Based on rearranging the interrupting degree of 80286 microcomputer by software and by using the keyboard, we are able to adjust the working process,improve the functions of the fibre winding machine, and solve the difficult problem existing in work for a long time. By adjusting the working process manually, the fibre winding machine has not only the functions of pause and restoration, but also the functions of acceleration/deceleration and stop in case of einergency.
