摘    要:阐述了发射箱温控系统设计中保温层厚度、冷热负荷、制冷制热量和相应电源功率的计算步骤,提出了一种基于工况和查表的半导体制冷量快速估算方法。给出了系统软硬件设计,运用单向温度控制、温度偏差梯度控制和PID控制等方法,探讨了适用于多传感器和多热泵交错阵列式分布调温系统的控制策略。测试表明系统在控制精度、温度均布性、能耗效率和自动化程度等方面优于已有装备,对延长待机时间和优化箱体内环境控制有积极意义。
