摘    要:结合固体火箭发动机的有效试验信息,运用离散的AMSAA模型计算固体火箭发动机的可靠性增长趋势.并用基于遗传算法的思想求参数的最大似然估计及似然函数的极值。最后求解出最终研制的可靠性置信下限。结果表明:此模型与算法的运用,有效地利用实验信息,反映了发动机的可靠性增长过程,并可节省样本试验经费。

Abstract:With the effective test information of solid rocket motor. AMSAA discrete model was utilized to compute the reliability growth of solid rocket motor, and the idea based on genetic algorithms was utilized to compute maximum likelihood estimation of parameters and extreme of likelihood function. At last, the final lower bound of reliability confidence was solved. The result indicates that the test information was effectively utilized by the model and algorithms to show reliability growing process of the motor and reduce test cost.
