提高车用增压中冷柴油机性能的顾氏系统

摘    要:本文提出了一种能回收剩余废气能量和变进排气供油正时的控制系统,简称顾氏系统.文中阐述了顾氏系统的功能,即实现低温循环、能降低机械负荷、热负荷、油耗率和NOx、能回收剩余废气能量而不用动力涡轮、回收高工况放气的浪费能量来代替放气系统,结构简单而易于实施,增强可靠性及提高加速性能.曾进行了车用柴油机几种系统性能模拟计算比较,肯定了顾氏系统的优点.

Abstract:In this paper a exhaust gas energy recovery and variable inlet、outlet and injection timing system, simplified Gu-System, is proposed. Gu-System has following effect, realyzing low temperature cycle、decreasing mechanical and thermal load、BSFC and NOx、recovering surplus exhaust energy without Power turbine、and recovering by - pass gas energy in steady of waste - gate System、simplisify and aceleration performance. The Comparsions betweem Gu-stsyem and other systems have beem carried out by simulation,all these advantages of Gu-system are confirmed.
