摘    要:该文应用传热学及紧凑换热器理论,在对主战坦克应用的板翅式中冷器结构进行分析的基础上,提出了一种完全新式结构的YC空—空中冷器技术,试验研究结果表明:YC型结构具有传热性能优越、结构紧凑以及重量轻等优点;新开发的ST型传热表面是一种高性能的传热表面,所得出Nu~Re和ξ~Re的准则方程式为工程应用提供了设计依据。

Abstract:In this paper, a new technology applied to designing the costraction of YC air/air intercooler is proposed by utilizing theory of heat transfer and heat exchanger design to analysis constraction of plate-fin air/air intercoolers on the MBT. Experiment results show that YC-type intercooler has three main advantages as following. a) heat transfer performance better; b) constraction compacter; c) weigh lighter and the performance of studing and manufacturing ST heat transfer suface is high because the equations of Nu~Re and ξ~Re provide better basis for enginneering design.
