摘    要:针对当前装备保障中普遍存在的维修费用高、维修不及时等问题,引入自主式保障思想,阐述了PHM系统的内涵和要素,分析了系统的功能结构,并对寿命预测的方法进行了探讨,介绍了应力解析法、系统动力学法和耗散能密度法等3种预测方法.理清了PHM系统的建设思路,对装备自主式保障模式进行了探索.

Abstract:In view of high costs and lag of equipment's maintenance,Automatic Logistics(AL) idea was introduced,seted forth the meaning and factors of PHM system,and analyzed the system's function structure.Moreover,the methods of remaining life's prediction have been discussed,three methods such as stress analytic method,system dynamics method and dissipated energy density method,have been introduced.So that,the way of PHM system's establishment has been cleared about,discussed AL mode of armored equipment.
