摘    要:本文提出了分步效率一传热单元数的中冷器计算方法,不仅可以求得中冷器冷、热流体出口的状态参数,亦可计算中冷器内部各处的冷、热流体的全部状态参数、壁面温度、热流量、对流换热系数等各种热力参数.作者用该方法对6130Q增压中冷柴油机的中冷器进行了计算,揭示了中冷器内部的热力过程和流动规律.

Abstract:This paper presents a separate ε--NTU calculation method. This method can be used not only in calculating the inlet and outlet status parameters of cold and hot fliud streams in the intercooler, but also in calculating many thermal parameters such as all the status parameters of cold and hot fliud streams, wall temperature, heat flux, and convective heat transfer coefficients. As an exampal, the authors simulate the temperature distributation in the intercooler of 6130Q turbol-intercooled diesel engine.The law of fliud flow and heat transfer process is revealed.
