EGR和掺烧二甲醚对柴油机排放影响的试验研究

摘    要:在4100QBZL增压中冷柴油机上进行了EGR和掺烧二甲醚对柴油机排放影响的试验研究.结果表明,掺烧质量比为40%(D40)的二甲醚混合燃料,NO_x排放在中低速时略有增加,而高速时明显降低;碳烟排放远小于柴油,最大降幅可达80.5%.加装ERG系统掺烧D40二甲醚混合燃料时,随着EGR率的增加,NO_x排放在不同负荷下均降低;碳烟排放在小负荷时影响较小,而在大负荷时增加较多.当EGR率为9.7%D40混合燃料机与原柴油机相比NO_x和碳烟排放均始终保持在较低的范围内.可见,在4100QBZL柴油机上燃用D40混合燃料并采用EGR技术,可以有效的减少NO_x和碳烟排放.

Abstract:Experimental study of impact on emission with EGR and mix-burning DME was carried out on 4100QBZL diesel engine.The results showed that,if burning with 40%of DME(D40),NO_x emissions of the engine increased slightly both in medium and low speed but decreased significandy in the highspeed, and its smoke emissions were far less than that fueling with pure diesel in which the biggest reduction was up to 80.5%.If both equipping with EGR system and using D40 fuel,with the increase of EGR ratio,NO_x emissions decreased under different loads,and smoke emissions had a little effect at low loads but increased more at high loads.When EGR ratio reached to 9.7%,NO_x and smoke emissions of the engine remain at the low range.The conclusion showed that the study of employing both D40 fuel and EGR technology at the same time on the engine could effectively reduce the emissions of NO_x and smoke.
