重型半挂车车架有限元分析

摘    要:采用参数化建模方法建立了60t重型半挂车车架有限元模型,采用曲棱四面体等参单元比传统方法提高了建模效率和可修改性以及计算精度.介绍了车架有限元模型的简化方法和不同工况下的力学模型抽象方法,根据计算结果,改进了结构并进行了验算,最后对有限元计算误差产生的原因进行了分析.

Abstract:In this paper, Parameter Variable technique is used to establish finite element model for trailer frame of 60 ton heavy transport truck , and 10-Node Tetrahedral Structural Solid elements are used for FEM mesh, which greatly improves building efficiency , revisability and of model than tradition methods. The simplification methods of FEM model and the mechanics analysis methods in various working conditions are introduced. The construction is updated according the result, and the computations are checked. Finally, the reasons of FEM solving mistake are discussed.
