电传动轮式装甲车的动力性能和转向性能仿真分析

摘    要:为了评估电传动轮式车辆的性能,采用多个软件联合仿真方法,构建了基于ADAMS与Matlab的某8×8轮式独立驱动电传动车辆机电联合仿真模型.通过对该车模型进行直线加速以及最高车速仿真实验、30°坡爬坡仿真实验以及转向行驶仿真实验,对所研究对象的动力性能和转向性能进行仿真分析,结果表明,该车的动力性能和转向性能均达到设计的指标要求,下一步将通过样车试验对联合仿真的结果进行验证.

Abstract:In order to evaluate the performance of electric transmission based on wheel-armored vehicle, a combined simulation method based on multiple platforms was used, where the collaborative models of motor driving system and electric system of the 8 wheels drive vehicles based on ADAMS and Matlab were constructed. Special movements including straight line acceleration, top speed steering, 30°slop climbing and swerve steering were simulated to analyze the subject power performance and steering performance. The results show that the vehicle performance can meet the designing demand; in the next step, the simulation results will be verified by the testing vehicle.
