某高速柴油机曲轴结构研究

摘    要:以某先进的高速柴油机曲轴为研究对象,首先采用有限元分析方法对曲轴在最大拉、压载荷和扭转载荷共同作用下的应力状态进行了数值模拟,得到工作时的平均应力和应力幅,进行了疲劳强度评估;然后通过对曲轴结构及尺寸参数进行分析,探讨了其设计理念.结果表明,曲轴的安全系数达到3.2,具有较高的可靠度.

Abstract:Taking the crankshaft of a high speed diesel engine as an object of study, its stress status on the biggest stresses and torsion load is analyzed by FEA. According to the obtained average stresses and the stresses spectrum, its fatigue strength is judged. By analyzing its structural parameters and the dimensions, their relations to the design are discussed. The final result shows that the crankshaft is of higher reliability with safety factor of 3.2.
