银基电刷材料组织及性能的研究

摘    要:研究了一系列银基电刷材料 ,通过对电性能和摩擦、磨损性能的研究 ,筛选出最佳电刷材料 ;并对电刷的对偶材料货币银进行了分析。试验表明 ,以 Ag Ta Mo S2 G为电刷 ,货币银为滑环材料 ,具有优良的电性能和摩擦磨损性能。并对电刷和滑环材料的表面微观结构与性能之间的关系进行了研究

Abstract:The best brush material was selected from a series of silver-based brush materials by investigating the electric, frictional and wear properties of them,and the coupling material of the brush-coin-silver was analyzed. The testing results show that excellent electric,frictional and wear properties can be obtained when AgTaMoS 2G brush is coupled with coin-silver slip-ring.The relationship between the surface microstructures and the properties of these materials was studied,too.
